These eaux-de-vie we have selected are crafted in Alsace, exclusively during exceptional harvests, when the fruit is perfectly healthy and reaches an extraordinary level of ripeness and flavor.

Copper stills, of the Charentais type known as “double distillation,” are used to produce fine, elegant, and delicate eaux-de-vie, while preserving the pure essence of the fruit.

Only the “heart of the distillation” is retained at a high proof and stored in large glass demijohns for a minimum of 8 years before being bottled by us.

This aging process brings them wisdom and roundness, with an unmatched ripe fruit character.

This respect for the craft has been passed down through five generations within this artisanal distillery, recognized by the prestigious “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” label, a mark of excellence that guarantees rare and ancestral know-how, proudly made in France.
